Postpartum Care
Dr. Natalie Muth has advanced education in postnatal chiropractic care including physical rehabilitation following birth. After the baby arrives, the two most common issues Dr. Muth sees are difficulty breastfeeding and healing from delivery. After pregnancy, your body is healing and rebounding from spinal instability and over-stretched abdominal tissue, and post-partum rehab is often neglected. The team at Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture is able to help aid postpartum recovery by evaluating and managing these issues with acupuncture, chiropractic, therapeutic exercise, nutrition and manual therapy.
Postpartum Conditions and Symptoms:

Back pain
Postpartum care & rehab (diastasis recti, pelvic floor pain, pubic symphysis disorders)
