Feeding your Soul

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.

Welcome to Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture

As a Greater Grand Forks health care clinic we see you as an individual with a unique set of needs, and we view chiropractic care as a system of health care that is different than medical care alone. Let our evidence-based care, collaborative mindset, and experienced team help you reach your health goals.

Our approach is a holistic one, whereby we focus on the entire person, not just their symptoms. Through our comprehensive and structured approach, we are better able to help our patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness. Chiropractic care is an important aspect of caring for many spinal problems but we also value the benefits of acupuncture, rehabilitation and exercises when needed.

Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being.   Allow our friendly and experienced team to help you start enjoying more of life with less pain and more vitality, naturally!

The doctors will begin with a thorough examination and will assess your areas of concern, as well as carefully consider your health history. After an initial examination a course of treatment will be recommended. Based upon that analysis, treatment could consist of chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, therapies and rehabilitation exercises.

Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture is conveniently located in Grand Forks, near Interstate 29. Our office is near Menards on 32ndAvenue South, across the street from Target and Lowes. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment please contact us.
