The mission of Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture is to provide the members of our community with high quality, affordable health care in a comfortable and caring environment.

Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being.

Our approach is a holistic one, whereby we treat the entire person, not just their symptoms. Through this comprehensive and structured approach, we are better able to help our patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness.

Dr. Natalie

Dr. Natalie Newman Muth,originally from Mayville, North Dakota completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Dakota.  Following graduation she relocated to Davenport, Iowa and later graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. Shortly after moving back to the Red River Valley, Dr. Natalie and her husband, Dr. Carson Muth opened Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture.  They have been proudly serving their community for over 7 years!

Since graduation Dr. Natalie has continued  to pursue education with an emphasis in the areas of prenatal and pediatric care, serving families starting at pre-conception and infancy is a passion! Dr. Natalie is certified in the Webster Technique and is an active member of the North Dakota Chiropractic AssociationAmerican Chiropractic AssociationInternational Chiropractic Pediatric Association. She has held advanced proficiency status through Activator Methods International and lower extremity certification through Active Release Technique.

Drs Natalie and Carson are pleased to be serving the people of the Greater Grand Forks area and took great strides in designing their office to create an energizing and healing environment. Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture caters to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness, although pediatrics, prenatal care and family wellness are  focus areas for Dr. Natalie. She and her husband are raising four young children and love being involved in the Grand Forks community.

Dr. Carson

Hailing from Nebraska, Dr. Carson Muth obtained his undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska.  He then traveled on to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Following graduation Dr. Carson spent time working in a chiropractic practice in the rural Red River Valley, prior to opening Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture. Carson C. Muth D.C., F.A.S.A. is a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota and is licensed to practice Acupuncture.

Drs Carson and Natalie are pleased to be serving the Greater Grand Forks area, and to be part of a vibrant and growing community. Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture caters to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness. Dr. Carson provides care for all ages, birth to 100! An athlete at heart and a football player through his college years, Dr. Carson enjoys working with athletes and helping them achieve optimal performance.

Dr. Carson is full-body certified in Active Release Technique and is an ART IRONMAN Proud provider.  He obtained his Fellowship in the Acupuncture Society of America through his studies with the world renowned, Dr. Richard Yennie. Dr. Muth is an active member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association, currently serving as the NDCA President and is a member of the American Chiropractic Association.
