Mission Statement
The mission of Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture is to provide the members of our community with high quality, affordable health care in a comfortable and caring environment.
Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being.
Our approach is a holistic one, whereby we treat the entire person, not just their symptoms. Through this comprehensive and structured approach, we are better able to help our patients achieve optimal levels of health and wellness.

Dr. Natalie
Dr. Natalie Newman Muth, a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduation, Dr. Natalie Muth and her husband Dr. Carson Muth opened their chiropractic practice in Grand Forks, ND. Dr. Natalie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of North Dakota and is originally from Mayville, ND.
Drs Natalie and Carson are pleased to be serving the people of the Greater Grand Forks area and took great strides in designing their office to create an energizing and healing environment. Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture caters to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness, although pediatrics, prenatal care and family wellness are focus areas for Dr. Natalie.
Dr. Natalie participated in a humanitarian mission trip as a student at Palmer College of Chiropractic where she, along with 20 students and faculty members, traveled to Vietnam to provide chiropractic care and aid. While in Vietnam she and her fellow students provided care to over 3500 patients in rural areas of southern Vietnam.
Dr. Natalie holds a certificate of proficiency in the Webster Technique and is a member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and holds advanced proficiency status through Activator Methods International.

Dr. Carson
Carson C. Muth D.C., F.A.S.A. is a board certified chiropractor in the state of North Dakota and is licensed to practice acupuncture. Dr. Carson graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. After graduation Drs Carson and Natalie moved to North Dakota where Dr. Carson spent time associating with a chiropractor in Mayville, ND, prior to opening Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture. Dr. Carson is a Nebraska native and obtained his undergraduate degree at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska.
Drs Carson and Natalie are pleased to be serving the Greater Grand Forks area, and to be part of a vibrant and growing community. Plains Chiropractic & Acupuncture caters to all individuals seeking optimal health and wellness.
Dr. Carson participated in a humanitarian mission trip while studying at Palmer College of Chiropractic where he, along with 20 students and faculty members, traveled to Vietnam to provide free care to the people of the region. While in Vietnam Dr. Carson and his fellow students provided care to over 3500 patients in 10 days, in rural areas of southern Vietnam.
Dr. Carson obtained his Fellowship in the Acupuncture Society of America through his studies with the world renowned, Dr. Richard Yennie. He is a member of the North Dakota Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association.
